Official Rules: Doma Loans Wealth Summit 2026 Smart TV Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Doma Loans Wealth Summit 2026 Smart TV Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Doma Loans, Inc, 6701 Koll Center Pkwy, Ste 250, Ofc 219, Pleasanton, CA 94566 ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the organizers of Wealth Summit 2026.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend Wealth Summit 2026. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and households are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins when the entry form is made available and ends on Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Complete and submit the entry form at ws.domaloans.com during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per phone number. Each eligible entrant will receive a ticket number by email. Entries that are incomplete, duplicate, automated, or submitted using false information are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) 75" Smart TV. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Drawing

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, held live during the Q&A session at Wealth Summit 2026, 35145 Newark Blvd, Newark, CA 94560, on Sunday, October 25, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Must Be Present to Win

The person selected must be present at the drawing and must show the email containing the winning ticket number, along with a valid government-issued photo ID. If the person selected is not present, cannot verify their entry, or is found ineligible, another entry will be drawn, and this will be repeated until a winner is confirmed.

8. Winner's Responsibilities

The winner is responsible for any taxes and for any costs not expressly included in the prize, including transporting the prize from the venue.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is used to administer the Giveaway, and Sponsor may contact entrants about their entry and about home financing. See the Privacy Policy at www.domaloans.com/privacy-policy.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its control impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical malfunctions. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor from any liability arising from the Giveaway or the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
